At the awards ceremony for the participants of the competition author "Old meets young - young meets old" the Association of German Amateur Theatre (BDAT), the PLA theater workshop and on 14 December 2007 in the Cultural Foundation of the countries in Berlin, the winning pieces in a staged reading before. About 50 young writers and authors have participated in this year's literature competition. The texts of the first to 3 Places and an award-winning piece was a prize during the awards ceremony by the patron of the competition, the chairman of the Study Commission on Culture in Germany "Gitta Connemann (MP), actors from the workshop presented in excerpts. Also present were, inter alia, Renate Strehl, Cornelia Spiegler, Sigrid Jacob, Michael Schulz, Alexander Bzik, Jörg Ganzer, Gilbert Bergner and guests.

The VBA Theater Workshop is pleased with this co-operation with the BDAT.
